As soon as you receive the painting, please check for any damages. In the rare occasion of any damage, please emails a photo and video of the damaged product to support@colourfullayers.com. For us to consider your damage claim, we need to receive the email from you with the image within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.

• For customers outside UAE paintings will be sent only as rolled canvases.
• For customers within UAE all paintings sold are stretched and are ready to hang. A mounting kit is attached to the painting in case the customer wishes to use it. Otherwise, the painting can be hung as is on any wall with nails. The wood used in stretching the canvas is premium pine wood.
• We do offer Wooden Floating Frame options.Are the Paintings original?

Yes, our paintings are created by artists and are all hand painted. We will also send ‘certificate of Authenticity’ along with all our paintings.

Custom taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. As per our Shipment Policy, the customer is responsible for paying custom duties/taxes.

“Rolled” means the painting is not stretched on a wooden stretcher bars.

“Gallery Wrap” means the painting is stretched on a high quality pine wood stretcher bars (exterior depth 4cms).

We sometimes ship your order in separate packages to optimize delivery times and to meet weight restrictions. Please refer to your tracking codes to see when your other items are going to be delivered to you.
