1. We do not have a return policy and artwork once sold cannot be returned to Colourful Layers, unless it is received by the customer in a damaged condition.
2. In case of damage, Colourful Layers has to be notified on support@colourfullayers.com along with the photos and videos within 24 hours of receiving the purchase to process the refund or replacement of the artwork.
3. In case if Colourful Layers is informed post 24 hours of receiving the purchase, refund or replacement of the artwork cannot be processed.
